The art work aims at portraying a Bahraini woman, as powerful as waves, enduring the hardships of life, the metal grid, through acceptance, adaption and the power strong enough to represent her importance in society throughout many generations.The representation of sea is also essential to highlight the voyages frequently occurring, while Bahraini women often stood at the shore with hope and the willingness to wait and endure.
